SO TRADING ECONOMIC COMPANY LIMITED (SO SPA) and its related parties are the owners of the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this website. Such trademarks, logos and service marks may not be used without the written consent of SO SPA or the owner thereof. The materials on this website are protected by copyright. No part of these materials may be modified, copied, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial or public purposes without the prior written consent of SO SPA.
General principles
Booking and registering for courses are carried out based on the principles of freedom, voluntariness, equality, respect for the rights and legitimate interests of the participating parties, not violating the provisions of the Law and the provisions of SO SPA.
SO SPA's services fully meet the conditions prescribed by SO SPA and relevant provisions of the Law, not falling under the cases of prohibited items for trading, smuggled goods, counterfeit goods.
Members who register for an account and use services on the SO SPA website have agreed to the terms of operation, are legally responsible for their actions and commit to comply with all relevant regulations.
SO SPA commits to building regulations based on regulations on e-commerce and complying with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
Definitions:
Service: A collection of services posted on the website Sospa.vn
Service fee: is the fee that members must pay to use SO SPA's services. The selling price posted on https://sospa.vn/services does not include Value Added Tax.
Technicians, doctors: are employees of SO SPA or individuals, partner organizations that have signed a cooperation agreement with SO SPA Vietnam in accordance with the requirements of the law, have sufficient capacity and professional knowledge to train the above programs.
No warranty
The documents, including text, images, links or other items on this website are provided as is, as provided. SO SPA does not warrant the accuracy, suitability and completeness of the documents, and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims liability for errors or omissions in the documents. Except for those warranties which cannot be excluded by law, no warranties of any kind are given with respect to this website and the materials, whether implied, express, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement of third party rights or proprietary rights, or freedom from computer viruses.
Risks and remedies
The parties are exempted from liability for any interruption or delay in the performance of any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes including, but not limited to, emergency orders of the Government, court or government action, emergency regulations, acts of sabotage, riots, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, natural disasters, fires, power failures, serious failures of computer hardware or software, late delivery of equipment, acts of third parties, or delays or interruptions in performance beyond the control of the parties.
SO SPA does not guarantee that emails sent to SO SPA via the Internet will be completely secure. SO SPA will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the user if the user sends an email to SO SPA, or if SO SPA sends an email via the Internet to the user at their request. SO SPA is not responsible in any way for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
Adjustment
At any time, SO SPA has the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions by posting a notice on the website Sospa.vn
Commitment to implementation and dispute resolution
Both parties commit to strictly implementing the Terms and Conditions. Any disagreement arising during the implementation process will be resolved according to the principle of negotiation and conciliation. If the disagreement cannot be resolved by negotiation and conciliation, it will be resolved by a competent Court.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable Laws of Vietnam. All Terms and Conditions are made in Vietnamese and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
