I. PAYMENT PROCESS
Customers can refer to the following payment methods and choose to apply the appropriate method:
Method 1: Pay directly at the showroom:
+ Step 1: Customers learn about the service information posted on the website sospa.vn.
+ Step 2 Customers come to the showroom address
+ Step 3: Customers pay by cash, domestic ATM card or credit card and use So Spa's services.
Method 2: Pay online via ATM card, Credit Card/Debit Card, Visa/Master card/JCB, bank transfer:
+ Step 1: Customers learn about the service information posted on the website sospa.vn.
+ Step 2: Customers confirm the Buyer's information.
+ Step 3: Customers make payment.
+ Step 4: So Spa contacts the customer again to reconfirm the appointment.
+ Step 6: Customers come to the showroom to use the booked service.
II. Information on payment methods
Customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
III. REGULATIONS ON REFUNDS WHEN PAYING ONLINE
In case customers have successfully purchased and paid online but have excess money, or cancel the service, So Spa will refund the money to the card you used to pay, within the following time limit:
– For ATM cards: The time for customers to receive a refund is from 7 – 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) from when So Spa receives the customer's request. If after the above time, the money is not received, So Spa will support contacting the customer's bank to resolve.
– For Visa/Master card/JCB cards: The time for customers to receive a refund is from 7-15 working days from when So Spa receives the customer's request. If after the above time, the money is not received, the customer will contact the bank to resolve.
IV. TRANSACTION SECURITY
The management has used services to protect information about the content that sellers post products on sospa.vn. To ensure that transactions are carried out successfully, minimizing possible risks.
Customers should provide complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when purchasing products from sospa.vn so that So Spa can quickly contact the buyer in case of an error.
In the case of receiving goods at the buyer's home, the buyer should only pay after checking the goods in detail and being satisfied with the product.
When paying online by domestic ATM card, Visa, Master, the buyer should do it himself and not disclose the card information. sospa.vn does not store the buyer's card information after payment, but through the system of the affiliated bank. Therefore, the card information for customers should be kept absolutely confidential.
In case of errors occurring during the online payment process, sospa.vn will be the unit to resolve for the customer within 1 working hour from receiving information from the person making the transaction.
